WHAT WE DO

"Empowering Your Success: Our Commitment to Excellence and Innovation"

Leak Detection

OTML is a leading manufacturer of integrated leak detection panels and systems.

Water Damage

Our purpose is to prevent building water damage. We use a variety of technologies to prevent, detect, and mitigate water damage

Heating & Cooling Panel

Our heating and cooling panels mitigate building water damage.

Building Infrastructure

Our system can be expanded to the entire suite and building infrastructure.

Remote Sensors

Using our remote sensor under high leak risks like dishwashers and washing machines not only detects leaks in seconds but can prevent building water damage completely.

Our value proposition is;

1. Dramatically less or no water leaks.
2. Happy customers and tenants.
3. Better insurance claims experience.

Course of Construction

Local panel functionality

After initial M.C./E.C. installation, if there is a leak in a panel, the local system will operate with as little as ¼ oz of leaked water (isolation valves close, and local alarms are triggered).

System functionality

After flooring and appliances are installed, if selected our remote sensors can be installed and paired. When the recently installed appliances leak, our system with remote sensors will not only detect and shut off the water, local alarm will activate, but also mitigate the leak, likely resulting in no water damage.

System functionality

Prior to substantial completion the systems in suites may have live ethernet connections, enabling alarm emails to be sent.

Case Studies

The number one source of property damage to residential property is non-weather-related water damage. More specifically, high-rise residential properties are very vulnerable. A water leak in a high rise can be very destructive as there is high potential to impact multiple units and common infrastructure.
